A judge just recently ruled that a previous Virginia Tech females’s soccer gamer can continue a claim versus her previous coach after she was supposedly benched and pressed to leave the group for decreasing to kneel throughout a pregame social justice presentation.
Kiersten Hening, who was a midfielder/defender for the Hokies from 2018 to 2020, took legal action against coach Charles “Chugger” Aidair in 2021 on First Amendment premises, which federal Judge Thomas Cullen revealed on Dec. 2 can continue to trial.
Hening declared that Adair was not a fan of her political views which she frequently varied from her colleagues on social justice concerns throughout the height of the Black Lives Matter motion in 2020.
