Police jailed Robert Singletary, 24, for shooting a 6-year-old lady and her moms and dads after a basketball rolled into his backyard in North Carolina on Tuesday night.
Singletary turned himself into cops in Tampa, Florida on Thursday night.
As reported previously, Robert Singletary diminished the street and fired his weapon at a next-door neighbor after a ball rolled into his backyard.
Singletary then shot William White and his 6-year-old child Kinsley while they were fleing.
Kinsley and her papa were hurt from the shooting.
The little lady was entrusted bullet pieces in her cheek while William stays in the healthcare facility.
Bullet pieces grazed Kinsley’s mom.
Kinsley’s mama declares Singletary threatened the household and informed them, “I’m going to eliminate you.”
Singletary was out on bond in a case including him apparently striking his sweetheart with a hammer.
Singletary was charged with 4 counts of tried first-degree murder, 2 counts of attack with a fatal weapon with intent to eliminate causing major injury, and ownership of a gun by a felon, WSOC-TV reported.
Additional charges are most likely because Singletary fired shots into houses.

Gaston County authorities stated in Tuesday’s event, Singletary is charged with 4 counts of tried first-degree murder, 2 counts of attack with a fatal weapon with intent to eliminate causing major injury, and belongings of a gun by a felon. More charges are most likely since of the shots fired into next-door neighbors’ houses.

Police stated they had aid from U.S. Marshals in the look for Singletary.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office processed Singletary and verified his identity quickly prior to 7 p.m. Thursday.
Singletary has a court look in Hillsborough County on Friday in referral to extradition back to Gaston County.
