Federal Aviation Administration authorities stated the volume of traffic into Florida airspace was slowed following an air traffic computer system concern.

Officials at Miami International Airport stated there was an across the country ground stop to and from Florida due to a radar link interruption.

The concern was solved and airplanes were gradually being enabled to leave, MIA authorities stated.

American Airlines tweeted at the concern stemmed at the MIA nerve center and was impacting all providers.
