The Gateway Pundit reported on the ruthless and violent murder of Pava LaPere, the 26- year-old CEO of a Baltimore innovation business.

LaPere was discovered dead from blunt force injury at a Mount Vernon apartment on Monday, according to cops.

Sources validated to FOX 45 that on Wednesday night, suspect Jason Billingsley, 32, who was thought about extremely hazardous while on the run, was taken into authorities custody.

The New York Post reports that at the time of his arrest, Billingsley was still on parole for the violent rape and attack of a 25- year-old lady in 2013 and is likewise a suspect in a dreadful attack on a males and female the week prior to LaPere’s murder.

Baltimore Police state Billingsley attacked a couple, raped the lady and slit her throat prior to splashing them both in liquid and setting them on fire while a kid existed in the house.

Billingsley was back on the streets after serving 14 years of a 30- year sentence and was paroled in October 2022.

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott, speaking at a press conference, explained disappointment that Billingsley ran out jail stating he should not “have actually been on the streets in the very first location.”

The arrest came hours after numerous family and friends collected for a vigil in honor of LaPere.

LaPere co-founded and led EcoMap, a business that declares to digitize communities with its exclusive innovation. She was a Forbes 30 Under 30 award recipient in 2023 in the social effect classification.
