The liberal journal The Atlantic is reporting that unless they get “assistance” from the U.S. Supreme Court, House Democrats may not license the 2024 election if Trump wins.
Isn’t this the whole basis for the Democrat/Media freakout over January 6th? Isn’t this why many Trump advocates are presently suffering in jail? Aren’t these the exact same Democrats who have been screaming about the significance of ‘our democracy’ for many years now?
It actually looks as though their entire political viewpoint come down to absolutely nothing mattering unless they win.

How Democrats Could Disqualify Trump If the Supreme Court Doesn’t
Without clear assistance from the Court, House Democrats recommend that they may not license a Trump win on January 6.
Murray and other legal scholars state that, missing clear assistance from the Supreme Court, a Trump win might result in a constitutional crisis in Congress. Democrats would need to select in between verifying a winner much of them think is disqualified and defying the will of citizens who chose him. Their option might be definitive: As their success in a House unique election in New York recently showed, Democrats have a severe possibility of winning a bulk in Congress in November, even if Trump regains the presidency on the exact same day. If that takes place, they might have the votes to avoid him from taking workplace.
In interviews, senior House Democrats would not dedicate to licensing a Trump win, stating they would do so just if the Supreme Court verifies his eligibility. Throughout oral arguments, liberal and conservative justices alike appeared likely to evade the concern of his eligibility entirely and toss the choice to Congress.
