Former Trump White House main Steve Bannon has actually been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., in connection with unique counsel Jack Smith’s examination into Jan. 6 and previous President Donald Trump’s efforts to remain in workplace, according to 2 sources knowledgeable about the matter.

The subpoena, for files and testament, was sent in late May, the sources stated.
