A Southwest Airlines flight to Houston went back to Denver on Sunday early morning after an engine cover tore away throughout launch.
Passengers were horrified after the engine cover blew off.
” People in the exit row throughout from me began chewing out the flight attendants and revealing them the damage. We reversed and made a full-speed landing. The pilots did a terrific task on the landing,” a traveler stated to KTRK.
The Boeing 737-800 aircraft was hauled back to eviction. The FAA is examining the event.

A Southwest Airlines flight headed to Houston needed to make an emergency situation landing at the Denver International Airport after the engine cover relatively tore away throughout departure on Sunday, according to authorities.
In a video sent out to ABC News by a guest on flight 3695, the engine’s cowling might be seen peeling back, flying off and striking the airplane’s wing flap as the airplane started to come off the ground.
One guest explained the experience as “frightening.”
According to the Federal Aviation Association, the Boeing 737-800 airplane was hauled back to eviction after landing around 8: 15 a.m. Sunday.

Sunday’s issue with the engine cover is at least the 9th time a Boeing airplane was associated with an event this year.
