Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) on Thursday doubled down on her claims that RICO is not a criminal activity.

Biden Crime Family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski on Wednesday affirmed before Congress in a hearing on Joe Biden’s global influence-peddling plan with Hunter Biden’s previous organization partners.

At one point, Democrat believed leader and previous barmaid AOC required Bobulinski call criminal activities he personally saw Joe Biden devote.

Bobulinski called off a number of criminal activities consisting of RICO– Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act– a federal law that enables sweeping charges.

In a desperate effort to protect Joe Biden, AOC ridiculously declared RICO isn’t a criminal activity.

WATCH:

Harvard Law School graduate and GOP Senator Ted Cruz schooled AOC.

” This is unusual. RICO– the Racketeer Influenced & & Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § § 1961–1968– is most surely a criminal activity,” Ted Cruz stated.

” It typically leads to enormous felony sentences. And yet AOC– excited to safeguard Joe Biden– insists it’s not a criminal activity,” Cruz included.

AOC doubled down on her stupidity:

Wrong!

RICO is a statute under which particular criminal activities might be thought about– kidnapping, break-in, arson, and so on

You require to call the criminal offenses in order to corroborate RICO.

So … considering that you’re the specialist, what RICO criminal offenses and proof does House GOP have? Considering that they do not appear to understand.

The previous barmaid got mauled by a lot of legal representatives and conservative analysts.
