Joe and Dr. Jill on Monday hosted regional public school kids and military-connected kids for a Halloween celebration at the South Portico of the White House.
Dr. Jill informed the kids she was impersonated her feline Willow (she looked more like a rat).
Biden was extremely thrilled as he gave out sweet to the kids. He simply could not assist himself. He needed to smell an infant.

Why does Biden constantly do this?
Over the summer season Joe Biden strolled over to a group of individuals on the tarmac as he prepared to leave Finland en path to the United States. He went on a smelling extravaganza and rubbed a girl’s face before leaving Finland.
Biden instantly bent to smell the kids behind the fencing. He munched a little lady’s arm before smelling her hair.
The kid was horrified.
