Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson provided a Minute Entry on Saturday, rescinding his previous order detailing the schedule for additional memorandums of law and oral argument.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Thompson, last Thursday, provided a brand-new order, setting the schedule for evaluation of Kari Lake’s signature confirmation obstacle after the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the high court should reevaluate this problem.
The due date to send memorandums of law was set for Tuesday, March 28, and possible conference with oral argument was set for Thursday, March 30.
Lake’s group submitted a Motion to Clarify on Friday in the Supreme Court, extending the due date to submit an action to sanctions asked for by Maricopa County. The Supreme Court then provided a brand-new order setting April 5 as the due date for Response and April 12 as the due date for the Defendants’ replies.
