Surveillance video launched today reveals a shooter ambush an on responsibility Philadelphia Parking Authority officer in the Frankford area, shooting him in the head in an attempted execution last Friday around 4 p.m. The 37- year-old male officer was shot two times, in the left ear and ideal shoulder, however made it through the attack.
