Judge Tanya Chutkan on Monday enforced a gag order on Trump in the middle of a governmental election.

Chutakn stated Trump “does not” have unconfined First Amendment rights, which there’s “no concern” that the court is entitled to draw limitations to make sure the reasonable administration of justice.” NBC News reported
