In news that must be heard all around the world, liberals are harming police officers, and nobody is being required to ask forgiveness.

Over the last quarter of 2023, 1,286 NYPD officers were hurt in physical run-ins with suspects. This brought the overall to 5,363 polices injured in 2023.

The New York Post reports,

The 40 th Precinct in Mott Haven, the Bronx, was the most hazardous battlefield, where 135 police officers were hurt throughout battles with crooks, the statistics reveal.

Next, with 129 injuries, was the 75 th Precinct in Brooklyn, which covers East New York and Cypress Hills.

” No genuine surprises here– all extremely hectic commands where perps are pushed to eliminate,” observed one police source.

Radical demonstrations, an increase of criminal migrants, bail reform, anti-cop rhetoric and soft-on-crime district attorneys is the brew that fuels the unsafe and troubling pattern, specialists informed The Post.

Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry called the attacks on NYPD polices a “full-blown epidemic.” He included: “Even the most basic summonses are becoming full-scale brawls. Our justice system requires to send out a clear message, at last– is you attack a policeman, you will remain in prison.”

The variety of uniformed officers hurt in attacks by suspects increased by 20% in 2022, from 3,933 in 2021 to 4,724 in2022 An overall of 5,363 attacks were reported in 2023, a 13% boost over in 2015 (4,737)

NYPD security video launched recently reveals the suspects charged with attacking 2 policemans in Times Square in January.

During the George Floyd protests/riots in May 2020, previous NYPD Lt. Rob Corbett, 50, was seriously beaten and bloodied. In an effort to keep peace near the Barclay Center in Brooklyn and the Clinton Hill location, he was struck by a flying brick.

After 25 years on the task, Corbett retired in April 2022 and moved to Florida, where he presently functions as a police officer near Orlando.

” I could not do it [the NYPD task] any longer, provided the state of the laws, you understand, the modifications to the laws and all of that things also,” Corbett informed The Post today. “So it wasn’t the occupation it was simply where I was doing the occupation.”

” It’s a lot friendlier down here. You understand, it’s a much better location to be a police officer and the laws are a lot better,” he discussed. “I quit my rank and my seniority, you understand, went back to square one at a big pay cut. The quality of life is a million times much better.”

God Bless the guys and ladies in blue.
