Kelvin Vickers was jailed this weekend after slipping up on 2 policemans in a van, concealing behind shrubs and trees and the spraying the van with bullets. Vickers eliminated on polce officer and injured another.
Kelvin Vickers was later on apprehended. He has a long rap sheet that began when he was simply 12- years-old.
The 2 officers were dealing with a murder case when they were assailed.

” The suspect is from Massachusetts, the Boston location and he has a substantial criminal background,” stated RPD Captain Frank Umbrino.
Vickers’ criminal offenses started when he was simply a kid. Cops inform us he was 12 when he dealt with charges of attack and battery on an officer. And prior to his 18 th birthday, he would be charged with burglary-related offenses, strangulation with a fatal weapon, attack with a lethal weapon, and 2 different belongings of guns offenses. When he was 18 he was founded guilty of having an unlicensed gun.
And now, at 21 years of ages, he’s charged with the most abhorrent of criminal activities, slipping up behind officers who were being in an unmarked van, concealing behind shrubs and spraying the van with bullets. For that, he deals with charges of murder in the 2nd degree, tried murder in the 2nd degree, attack in the 2nd degree and 2 counts criminal belongings of a weapon in the 2nd degree.
