A handful of judges are trying to stop Trump from enacting his agenda. This is an indisputable fact.

Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, who is also a liberal, recently talked about this on FOX News and clearly sees this as judicial interference.

His point is simple. The people of America elected Trump, not a small group of activist judges.

HEMMER: So the way we frame that question where there’s 650 district court judges across the country and what Barr says, a judge in the same court down the hall could disagree with him. That does not give the original judge the authority to go over the executive power. How do you view that?

TURLEY: No, I think there’s a legitimate complaint here. It’s like having a car where every passenger is grabbing the emergency brake. It’s pretty hard to drive that car.

And, you know, what you have here are judges that are imposing national injunctions which the Supreme Court, including liberals like Justice Kagan, have objected to. She said this is madness that you have all of these trial judges who are imposing national injunctions. Congress is looking at legislation to curtail the ability of lower court judges to do precisely that.

So I think there’s merit to that. I think that the Trump administration is likely to win. I also think the Trump administration is likely to prevail in most of these cases.

I think that federal judges have overextended themselves. I think they have intruded into areas of Article II or presidential authority.

A Wisconsin judge has declined the state attorney general’s request for an emergency injunction to block Elon Musk from awarding $1 million checks to two Wisconsin voters before Tuesday’s state Supreme Court election.

The X owner is working to rally support for conservative Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel.

Musk will speak in Wisconsin on Sunday to promote Schimel and give two “spokespeople” $1 million paychecks.

The Tesla founder is also giving $100 to voters who sign his petition against “activist judges.”

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul had filed a lawsuit claiming that Musk’s prizes violate Wisconsin state election laws, which prohibit offering anything valuable to influence voter behavior.

Kaul quickly responded to Musk’s giveaway announcement: “The Wisconsin Department of Justice is committed to ensuring that elections in Wisconsin are safe, secure, free, and fair. We are aware of the offer recently posted by Elon Musk to award a million dollars to two people at an event in Wisconsin this weekend.”

Seemingly keeping in line with state law, Musk clarified that the checks were tied to a petition rather than voting directly.

“On Sunday night, I will give a talk in Wisconsin. To clarify a previous post, entrance is limited to those who have signed the petition in opposition to activist judges,” Musk said in his follow-up.

A single-engine plane crashed into at least one home in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, on Saturday afternoon setting a massive fire in the neighborhood.

Video from the scene, courtesy of Mike Deyo, shows at least one house engulfed in flames.

Another video shows the house fire raging as police respond to the incident and neighbors gather on the street.

According to MN Crime residents of the house were unharmed, but there is no official confirmation on the passengers of the plane.

Per KSTP:

According to the Federal Aviation Administration(FAA), the plane was a SOCATA TBM7 that had departed from Des Moines International Airport in Iowa and was headed to Anoka County-Blaine Airport in Minneapolis.

The plane, around 12: 20 p.m., then crashed in a residential area in Brooklyn Park, according to the FAA.

It is unknown at this time how many people were onboard the plane when it crashed.

There is no official word yet if anyone has survived the crash or was injured at the time of this publication

RAV’s Ben Bergquam, host of “Law and Border” discussed with RAV’s Eric Bolling, NGOs and leftist judges that are hindering President Trump’s immigration policies and deportations.

“The biggest problem we have right now are two things, we have NGOs that are training illegals on how to break the law and how to stay in this country illegally and we have judges that are fighting our own ICE and our own immigration policies to get rid of these illegals,” Bergquam said.

Bergquam also explained that on the Mexico side of the border is the chaos of the cartels with their wars on routes and territories.

“On the south side of the border, you’ve got cartels that are fighting over territory, fighting over drug routes because that gravy train that Joe Biden gave them is being sucked up, and with scarcity comes fights,” Bergquam said.

“The drug routes are well established. You’ve got major routes through the ports of entry. That’s where still a majority of drugs come through, but you also have tunnel networks under cities like Juarez into El Paso. By the way which those tunnels were dug by Hamas and Hezbollah that came over and taught the Sineloa Cartel how to do that,” Bergquam said.

Bolling and Bergquam also discussed judicial activism that is hindering deportations of dangerous gang members.

“This whole idea of this judge Boasberg stopping Trump’s deportation of Tren de Aragua thugs, criminals. How is that playing out on the border with the men and women of law enforcement on the border. Is it demoralizing?” Bolling asked.

“They are just disgusted. These people, they look at this guy like he is a traitor. He is a traitor to our country. He is aiding and abetting cartels and terrorist organizations and criminals,” Bergquam said.

“Until we actually impeach these guys, until we get rid of these guys, until we have some consequences for actions like this judge, and multiple others across our country, then we are gonna be in trouble,” Bergquam continued.

“It’s national suicide what Joe Biden and Kamala did over the last four years, but if we don’t get rid of the pillars, the establishment parts of the foundation of this nation that are working to undermine this country from within, the deep state, the judges, all these guys, we are still screwed,” Bergquam said.

“That to me has to be job number one, go after the NGOs, go after the judges, allow law enforcement to do their job,” Bergquam continued.

After his Friday announcement, far-left Wisconsin Attorney General sued Musk to block the payments to two Wisconsin voters.

On Saturday a Wisconsin appeals court declined to block the payments.

The million-dollar giveaways are on for Sunday.

Elon Musk may go ahead, for now, with $1 million payments to Wisconsin voters, after a Wisconsin appeals court declined Saturday to block the payments.

The opinion, written by a panel of three judges based out of Madison, argued the lawsuit seeking to block the payments needed to work its way through lower courts first. On Friday, a Columbia County judge declined to hear the lawsuit by the Sunday deadline Musk is scheduled to release the payments.

That lawsuit was brought by Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, who sued Musk to block the payments, alleging they ran afoul of state election law.

The payments are part of a lottery Musk, a Trump ally, is running in Wisconsin tied to the upcoming state Supreme Court race. Musk offered $100 to Wisconsin voters who signed a petition to oppose activist judges, with also a promise for a chance to receive $1 million.

Musk promised to hand out two $1 million checks at a Sunday rally in Green Bay. He initially announced he would only allow those who voted in the Wisconsin election to attend, which could be construed as paying Wisconsinites to vote, which is illegal under state law. Musk later walked that back to allow those who signed his petition to attend.

In a horrific incident, a Las Vegas, Nevada babysitter was arrested for allegedly stabbing and killing a three-year-old girl while the parents were not home. 

Police say that Marketta Phillips stabbed the young girl named Journei to death on Wednesday, and they do not know the motive. She is being held without bail and will appear in court on Tuesday.

Phillips has reportedly had other run-ins with law enforcement, including a recent incident where police responded to the same location where the child was stabbed to death, and Phillips was held for 72 hours for a mental health crisis.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) said in a statement that Marketta Phillips, 41, has been charged with open murder with a deadly weapon in connection to the killing of a toddler. The incident reportedly took place in an apartment at around 3: 30 a.m. Wednesday while the victim’s father was at work.

According to police, Phillips stabbed the girl before fleeing the scene when her father returned home. The apartment, located in the 4200 block of Channel 10 Drive, is approximately five miles south of Downtown Las Vegas.

When Las Vegas police officers arrived on the scene, they discovered the victim with several stab wounds inside the apartment and performed life-saving measures until emergency personnel arrived.

The toddler was taken to a local hospital, where she ultimately died from her injuries. Phillips was found near the location and arrested.

“I just want to know why,” Journie’s mother, Phalan Whitson, said at the courthouse for Phillips’ first court hearing Thursday. “I just want an explanation why, and I want you to go away for a long time.”

The father, Jeremy Ross, told reporters, “I wish, I wish I’d never met this woman, you know, I wish I’d have just left her alone.”

“I came in the house 3: 30. I seen her in the kitchen, like lying on her side, and there was like dried up blood, you know? And I’m thinking, I thought she was cooking and cut herself. I went to the room and stuff, and I see my baby girl right there, you know?” Ross added. He then asked Phillips, “What did you do to my child?” and called 911 as he attempted to perform lifesaving first aid on his daughter.

Reporters say that Ross and Phillips were in an “on-again, off-again relationship.”

Pro-Trump Wyoming entrepreneur Reid Rasner is the current highest bidder to buy TikTok, with a massive $47.45 billion offer.

During the Biden administration, Congress passed legislation forcing TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance, to sell or be banned in the United States.

After Trump’s inauguration, he extended the deadline to sell by 75 days.

Rasner, CEO of wealth management company Omnivest Financial, discussed his offer with NBC News on Thursday, saying the Trump administration has reviewed his bid.

“I think they’re taking it very seriously from what it sounds like,” Rasner said. “There’s no holding back. The money isn’t the issue right now, bringing all the pieces together is the issue.”

Rasner’s bid is higher than what Elon Musk paid for X.

“We’re nearly $50 billion- $20 billion more than any bid out there. So we are the highest bid at the table,” Rasner said this week on Just the News, No Noise. “Not only that, we’re delivering a massive, 100 day win for President Trump by creating the sovereign wealth fund. We are donating 5% of our TikTok bid, 5% of $50 billion to the sovereign wealth fund.”

Under Rasner’s plan, the platform will offer paid tiers — similar to the model X implemented after Musk’s purchase.

Rasner further highlighted that his bid would offer the United States government the ability to buy into the platform at the $50 billion valuation sum, saying “even if it’s worth $100 billion or a trillion dollars, like President Trump says, the United States government can take a larger stake in TikTok, if they’d like, and increase their shares in the sovereign wealth fund.”

Trump signed an executive order early in his term to create a sovereign wealth fund for the United States. Essentially a colossal investment portfolio, such funds are usually aimed at maximizing long-term gains.

Rasner’s bid has not yet been approved, but he may secure ownership of the platform largely due to the size of his bid. The current deadline for the platform to sell stands at April 5. The Wyoming billionaire insisted he was working to make sure that ByteDance would be satisfied with his terms and follow through on the sale.

“So I want to make sure that ByteDance has a fair offer on the table to accept, and I want to make sure they walk away happy,” he said. “I want to make sure the American people are happy with what’s happening. And I want to make sure that President Trump, above all else, is happy with what’s happening.”

“One, it’s a great value for the company,” Rasner added. “We get to protect a national security risk right now with the data and how it’s being leveraged against Americans and used against Americans, not only that, but we get to revolutionize an entire industry.”

Speaking of Republicans, Newsom said, “These guys are crushing us.”

“The Democratic brand is toxic right now. We had a high watermark two weeks ago, and that was a CNN poll at 29 percent favorability. It’s dropped when the NBC poll down to 27 percent. It’s one thing to make noise, but you also have to make sense.”

Newsom’s new podcast has been doing a lot to reach out to Republicans, even having on War Room host Steve Bannon and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

“I think with this podcast and having the opportunity to dialog with people I disagree with, it’s an opportunity to try to find common ground and not take cheap shots,” Newsom said. “I think it’s important, Democrats — we tend to be a little bit more judgmental than we should be.”

The governor, widely speculated to have presidential aspirations, also said his party should “own up” to supporting cancel culture.

Elon Musk slammed failed Vice Presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, whom Musk called a “creep” and a “huge jerk,” during a recent interview with Bret Baier.

“My companies are suffering because I’m in the government,” Musk said. “Do you think it helps sales if, you know, dealerships are being firebombed? Of course not. And Tesla customers are being intimidated all over the country and all over Europe. Does that help Tesla?”

However, the price fluctuation is potentially not terrible news for those who bought the dip earlier this month, including this author.

Unfortunately for the governor, his state’s pension funds hold nearly 2 million shares of Tesla stock, totaling a whopping $361.5 million in assets. “That poor guy didn’t check his portfolio in his own pension plan for the state,” billionaire Kevin O’Leary said, while calling Walz a “bozo.”.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Walz later walked back his comments on the stock price after realizing that he was rooting against his own state. Walz said it was a joke, accusing the right of having “no sense of humor” but admitting that his obsession with Elon is “unhealthy.”

Baier: The fact that we are where we are, if you’re talking to an audience, where are we in five years? Where are we in 10 years?

Musk: I do think there’s the potential for a great future as long as America remains the land of freedom and opportunity. So freedom means that the government does not infringe upon your personal liberties, that you can do what you want. as long as it doesn’t harm another person. Land of opportunity means that you succeed on the basis of your merits, on how hard you work and how good you are at your job. Those fundamental principles are what will ensure a great future, and that’s what President Trump is committed to doing. It’s what the DOGE team is committed to doing, and if we succeed, I think we’ll have a wonderful future.
