A Massachusetts couple is facing serious charges after allegedly kidnapping their five children, who had been placed in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were located by Fitchburg Police in early March, after a multi-state manhunt.

The couple is accused of taking the children across state lines in an attempt to evade DCF intervention.

Authorities believe the family fled Massachusetts shortly before the state attempted to enforce child protective measures, according to WCVB 5.
Rivera, the biological father of four of the five children, was arraigned last week in Fitchburg District Court. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he is currently being held without bail, WHDH reported.

Encarnacion, the mother of all five children, is scheduled to be arraigned this week and faces five counts of kidnapping a minor by a relative. A not-guilty plea has also been entered on her behalf.

According to law enforcement, the family went missing just as DCF prepared to remove the children from Encarnacion’s care on February 27.

Encarnacion’s sister reported her missing days later on March 3, citing a lack of contact since February 26. DCF officially reported the five children missing on March 5, triggering a state and federal search.

Court documents indicate that DCF had opened a case against the couple in February after a pediatrician flagged signs of neglect involving the youngest child, a 9-month-old.

DCF intervened shortly thereafter, but by then, the family had reportedly left Massachusetts.

According to unconfirmed reports, they told their pediatrician they were skipping vaccines for their baby.

The parents, who homeschool their children, stated to their pediatrician that they were opposed to their new baby receiving the shots based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. Despite citing religious exemptions which are law in Massachusetts, the father, Isael Rivera is being held in Worcester County Jail on a $200,000 bond or 20K cash bail, while the couple’s five children have reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS).

“This is a blatant violation of fundamental rights on multiple levels,” says Ron Bouchard, Constitutional Law Strategist. “By what authority has this family been apprehended and for what? Was there a warrant? What is familial kidnapping? A family has the right to travel with their children. How and why have they been reported missing, and by whom? What laws have they broken and what imminent danger exists to justify the drastic action of DCF and the Fitchburg Police Department traumatizing this family by tearing it apart?”

The ordeal began when the family’s pediatrician, a mandatory reporter, threatened to report them to DCF after the parents declined vaccinations for their infant during a wellness check.

“The doctor said if we didn’t vaccinate, he’d have to report us,” the father, “Izzy” Rivera, allegedly told an advocate who provided safe harbor for the family in Texas. “Despite assurances that their baby was well-fed, cared for, and thriving, DCF soon left a notice on their door demanding a home visit. Fearing for their family, the parents refused, citing their rights.”

What followed was a dramatic escalation. Fitchburg police, at the direction of Leominster DCF allegedly surrounded their apartment, banging on doors and circling the property for up to 30 minutes. “Ruth Encarnacion hid in the closet with her five children,” said the good samaritan who assisted the family over their 3 week exile. According to her account of what the family told her, with police and DCF returning in greater numbers the next day, Rivera was also forced to hide, while his wife and children fled from Fitchburg.

The children—ages 10, 9, 5, 4, and 9 months—were eventually found unharmed in Whitney, Texas, and are now in the custody of Texas Child Protective Services pending further investigation.

Attorney Kevin Carl Larson countered that Encarnacion had “acted in the best interest of her children” and was “protecting her children.”

Although she had earlier fled to Texas, Larson said Encarnacion is not a flight risk and said she is not going anywhere without her children.

Larson said authorities lack probable cause to charge his client. He said Encarnacion was not present for the care and protection hearing and that she was not aware of any court order.

A federal judge on Monday blocked President Trump’s mass cancelation of the Biden-era parole program that ushered in hundreds of thousands of migrants.

US District Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee in Boston, said Trump’s decision to cancel the parole program was premised on legal error.

Last week Judge Talwani blocked the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Judge Talwani said the DHS did not interpret the law properly and asserted the migrants have a right to be in the US.

The DOJ argued that the parole programs were discretionary and it is up to the government to decide when it can cut the program.

Last month it was reported that President Trump was set to strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Recall that Joe Biden brought in more than a half a million migrants Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela on his CHNV program.

CBP data found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden Regime defined as “legal” means.” The Biden-Kamala admin used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US.

These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

It was previously reported that 81% of the Haitian migrants from Biden’s parole program – 362,000 out of 448,000 – were flown into red states.

Earlier this year it was reported that one of the Haitians who entered the US on Biden’s parole program was charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump revoked the migrants’ legal status and told them if they don’t self deport they will be arrested.

And just like Hillary, Biden was never indicted for his use of burner phones and private emails while he was US Vice President.

Special Counsel Robert Hur ignored Joe Biden’s use of private emails.

The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.

According to newly unredacted documents, in 2014, while Joe Biden was publicly calling for sanctions against Russia, he was privately negotiating an oil and gas deal to help his son Hunter.

They confirm that Joe Biden played a secret role at a “critical moment” to help secure Russia’s willingness to re-open natural gas spigots to Ukraine, a deal that publicly Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel, received credit for brokering.

“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden’s chief diplomat during the 46th presidency.

Taylor Lorenz is an independent journalist but she is not part of the fringe. She has worked for the New York Times and the Washington Post.

With that in mind, it was disturbing to see her getting positively giddy as she discussed accused murderer Luigi Mangione on CNN and said that she could imagine some women describing him as attractive and ‘a morally good man.’

It’s also amazing that this happened on a CNN show supposedly about political extremism. The host of the program recently said that all of the extremism is coming from the right and that there is no equivalent on the left.

Lorenz spoke to “MisinfoNation” host Donie O’Sullivan about Mangione’s appeal to people, particularly for women. Mangione became something of a folk hero to the far-left after he was arrested for the murder of Brian Thompson, with some viewing it as a comeuppance for the greedy insurance industry.

“Here’s this man who’s a revolutionary, who’s famous, who’s handsome, who’s young, who’s smart, he’s a person who seems like he’s this morally good man, which is hard to find,” Lorenz teased in a snippet that was shared on X.

Lorenz, an independent journalist and former Washington Post reporter known for her numerous online controversies, was among those who appeared to sympathize with Thompson’s assailant last year. At one point, she posted, “People wonder why we want these executives dead,” in response to news about Blue Cross Blue Shield no longer covering anesthesia for the full length of some surgeries.

Public school students in Burlington, Massachusetts were recently given a survey to fill out and some parents are fuming because it included questions that are sexually explicit.

The survey was given to high school students and middle school students, some as young as 11 years old.

Parents are also mad because they were told that they could opt their children out of receiving the survey, but it was sent to all students.

The Boston Herald reported:

Local parents who opted their kids out of a student survey about sexual activity and gender activity are “livid” after the district still gave the survey to them.

Burlington parents have now filed complaints with the U.S. Department of Education in the wake of survey-gate, claiming the district violated the “Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment” by giving the questionnaire to students against their parents’ wishes.

The controversial survey last month that was given to both middle and high school students in Burlington Public Schools had questions about: sexual intercourse, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexting, experiences with sexual assault, alcohol use, and more.

“Sexual intercourse includes vaginal sex which is when a penis goes inside of a vagina, oral sex which is contact between the mouth and genitals, anal sex which is when the penis goes inside an anus (butt), and use of toys or props (vaginal or anal). Have you ever had sexual intercourse?” reads one of the survey questions to the middle and high schoolers.

The topics would make an adult blush:

Parent David Hanafin is one of those parents. He wrote an email to district officials after his middle-school child was required to take the survey, even though he had opted out.

“Asking an 11-year-old kid questions about anal or oral sex is disgusting,” Hanafin wrote. “There is no benefit to this… I was assured that my kids were opted out of these exercises for good.”

Why does the school even need this information about their students? And how the heck do they expect an 11 year old to respond to such questions?

After Trump’s exchange with Kaitlin Collins of CNN today, he suggested that CNN hates our country. Every Trump supporter knows why he said this. Almost everyone on that network is anti-Trump and anti-Trump supporters.

When CNN cut back to the studio, it was absolutely clear that host Dana Bash was not happy about Trump’s comments and she addressed them while looking visibly bothered and frustrated.

The truth hurts sometimes.

As Trump was meeting in the Oval Office with El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, he was asked by that country’s leader why the media does not promote the numbers of immigrants his administration has deported.

“Well, they get out … but the fake news,” Trump said gesturing toward reporters gathered in the room. “CNN over there, doesn’t want to put them out because they don’t like putting out good numbers … because I think they hate our country. It’s a shame, really.”

After the network cut away from Trump’s remarks, Bash pushed back on Trump’s comments about her network.

“I just want to say for the record … CNN does not hate our country,” she said. “That should go without saying. I’ve been here for 32 years. And I see a rhetorical device in him trying to say such a thing. That said, I want to focus on the news that we heard.”

Cody Balmer, the suspect who allegedly burned the Pennsylvania governor’s mansion, while Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were in it, is now known to be a far left socialist and BLM supporter.

That is not how the media is reporting on him.

A memo must have gone out because at least two liberal media outlets are emphasizing the fact that Balmer was ‘critical of the Democrats.’

What might a person infer from that last part? That he’s a right winger? Is that why they media is doing this? Or are they trying to imply that Democrats are dealing with threats just like Republicans? Either way, it’s completely dishonest.

Cody Balmer, who is suspected of starting a fire on Sunday at Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence, was denied bail at his arraignment on Monday.

Balmer — a mechanic who had previously expressed disdain for Democrats on social media — was arrested in connection with the fire early Sunday, sources familiar with the suspected arsonist told ABC News.

Way down at the bottom of the article is this part:

“The attacker was not a fan of Trump I understand just from what I’ve read and from what I’ve been told,” said Trump, adding that he was not informed of the motive in the incident. “The attacker basically wasn’t a fan of anybody’s. Sources familiar with Balmer said his public grievances with the Democratic party were primarily related to financial issues.

Absolutely nowhere does the article describe the suspect as left or far left.

Over at CNN, same thing. This guy expressed disdain for Democrats.

CNN is doing continuous segments on the man who set fire to the PA Governor’s mansion.

They say that according to social media posts, he has a disdain for just Democrats and Joe Biden.
