Democrat lawmakers have announced plans to travel to El Salvador on Monday to demand that the President free a designated terrorist and El Salvadoran citizen from prison. 

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) on Monday told reporters that he will travel to El Salvador and declared that El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele must “hand over and release an innocent man, and let him come home to his family.”

“The president of El Salvador should not now take it upon himself to say that he is detaining him for one more day, because that is kidnapping,” he threatened.

Democrats refuse to mention his gang affiliations, describing him as a “Maryland man” and “father of three.”

However, the Trump Administration cites two court rulings that found the “Maryland man,” Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is an MS-13 gang member, making him a designated foreign terrorist, and an El Salvadoran citizen who was in the United States illegally. His deportation was previously blocked by a judge over safety concerns if he was returned to his home country. “Under our law, he’s not even allowed to be in the United States and had to be returned because of the foreign terrorist designation,” White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller argues.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the United States must facilitate his return to the United States, but only if El Salvador hands him over, which likely won’t be happening.

Van Hollen: I saw the comments of President Bukele, and I look forward to meeting with him. I’ve requested to meet with him. I reached out to the ambassador here to ask to meet while he’s here. But I’ve also made clear if we can’t meet here, I do intend to go to El Salvador to discuss the release of this individual, who is illegally detained, a Maryland man who’s the father of three in a notorious prison in El Salvador.

And I believe the president of El Salvador will recognize why it’s important to allow him to return to the United States of America because it is absolutely unjust and illegal to have this Marylander detained one more day in a notorious prison in El Salvador. Of course, President Trump could have just said, you know, “bring him home.” Of course, he could have done that, but this is an administration that has lied about Mr. Abrego Garcia, right? The Vice President United States tweeted out that he had a criminal record. That was a lie. They’re just lying. They’ve gotten caught lying. They don’t want to admit it, and they have an obligation to bring him home.

But I will say the president of El Salvador should not now take it upon himself to say that he is detaining him for one more day, because that is kidnapping. I understand that the Attorney General said that we would provide a plane to bring him home. So, all the president of El Salvador has to do now is hand over and release an innocent man, and let him come home to his family.

Several Democrats have locked arms with Van Hollen, announcing they will join him on his ridiculous mission to make demands in a foreign country.

Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL) responded to Van Hollen, “I am willing to join you and help Organize other members of the House to do the same.” Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) replied, “I’m in, we should go.”

But Nayib Bukele probably won’t give in to their demands.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Bukele was at the White House on Monday, meeting with President Trump about the United States’ alien removal partnership with El Salvador. During an exchange with the press, he told off reporters for suggesting El Salvador should release Kilmar Abrego Gargia back to the United States.

He called the idea “preposterous” and responded, “How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?”

Asked if he would release Garcia from prison and into the community, he told reporters, “We’re not very fond of releasing terrorists into our country. We just turned the murder capital of the world to the safest country in the western hemisphere, and you want us to go back to releasing criminals so we can go back to being the murder capital of the world?”

President Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and President Bukele tore far-left Kaitlan Collins to shreds on the topic of Kilmar Garcia.

Van Hollen announced in a press release his plans to travel to El Salvador “if Kilmar is not home by midweek.” He also published a letter he sent to the Ambassador of El Salvador to the United States, requesting a meeting with Bukele.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that Mr. Abrego Garcia was wrongly deported to a prison in El Salvador. On Saturday evening in a court filing to a federal judge in Maryland, the Trump Administration confirmed that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is being held in El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center according to Michael G. Kozak, a senior official in the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs. However, they did not detail steps that have been taken to facilitate his return, as mandated by the Supreme Court.

I have met with Mr. Abrego Garcia’s wife, mother and brother and, as you can imagine, they are extremely worried about his health, safety, and continued illegal confinement, as am I.

I look forward to your response.

Judge Paula Xinis is setting the stage to hold Trump officials in contempt.

Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia demanded the Trump Administration ‘comply’ with the Supreme Court order and release the MS-13 gang member from the CECOT prison.

In a new court filing on Tuesday Abrego Garcia’s attorneys said the Trump Administration has to at least request his release from the CECOT prison and help ‘facilitate’ his return from El Salvador.

The attorneys said, “There is no evidence that anyone has requested the release of Abrego Garcia.”

“To give any meaning to the Supreme Court’s order, the Government should at least be required to request the release of Abrego Garcia. Id. To date, the Government has not done so,” the attorneys wrote.

The Trump DOJ is currently arguing the meaning of ‘facilitate’ as it relates to immigration cases in response to the Supreme Court order.

Trump’s Justice Department trolled Judge Paula Xinis in a Monday night court filing in the case of deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

Judge Xinis, an Obama appointee, slammed the Trump Administration during last Friday’s hearing and demanded ‘daily updates’ on Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s whereabouts.

The judge said the Trump Admin has made “no meaningful effort to comply” with her order demanding the physical location and custodial status of Abrego Garcia.

In Monday’s filing, the DOJ didn’t answer Judge Xinis’ questions on Abrego Garcia’s whereabouts. They linked to El Salvador President Bukele’s Oval Office comments on Abrego Garcia.

In Monday’s Oval Office meeting, Bukele said he will not return alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Bukele if he plans to return Abrego Garcia after an Obama judge ordered him to be released from the CECOT prison and brought to the US.

“How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States? Of course I’m not going to do it. The question is preposterous,” Bukele told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins in the Oval Office on Monday.

However, they refuse to mention his ties to the MS-13 gang that Trump has designated a foreign terrorist organization, his status as an illegal alien, or his El Salvadoran nationality.

She is also expected to address the President’s massive 145% tariffs against China and his reduced tariffs on other countries. White House officials say that over 75 countries have contacted the White House seeking a trade negotiation.

Yesterday (14), in a development of the political decision that TGP reported back in February, Hungary’s parliament approved an amendment to the constitution that allows the government to ban public events by LGBT communities.

“The amendment, which required a two-thirds vote, passed along party lines with 140 votes for and 21 against. It was proposed by the ruling Fidesz-KDNP coalition led by populist Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

[…] The amendment declares that children’s rights to moral, physical and spiritual development supersede any right other than the right to life, including that to peacefully assemble. Hungary’s contentious ‘child protection’ legislation prohibits the ‘depiction or promotion’ of homosexuality to minors aged under 18.”

Hungary’s constitutional amendment is now law.

We’re protecting children’s development, affirming that a person is born either male or female, and standing firm against drugs and foreign interference.

“The amendment codifies a law fast-tracked through parliament in March that bans public events held by LGBTQ+ communities, including the popular Pride event in Budapest that draws thousands annually.

That law also allows authorities to use facial recognition tools to identify people who attend prohibited events — such as Budapest Pride — and can come with fines of up to 200,000 Hungarian forints ($546).”

“The new amendment also states that the constitution recognizes two sexes, male and female, an expansion of an earlier amendment that prohibits same-sex adoption by stating that a mother is a woman and a father is a man.”

As one would expect, AP is deeply hurt by the new legislation and complains that ‘the declaration provides a constitutional basis for denying the gender identities of transgender people’, ‘ignoring the existence of intersex individuals’.

A Massachusetts couple is facing serious charges after allegedly kidnapping their five children, who had been placed in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were located by Fitchburg Police in early March, after a multi-state manhunt.

The couple is accused of taking the children across state lines in an attempt to evade DCF intervention.

Authorities believe the family fled Massachusetts shortly before the state attempted to enforce child protective measures, according to WCVB 5.
Rivera, the biological father of four of the five children, was arraigned last week in Fitchburg District Court. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he is currently being held without bail, WHDH reported.

Encarnacion, the mother of all five children, is scheduled to be arraigned this week and faces five counts of kidnapping a minor by a relative. A not-guilty plea has also been entered on her behalf.

According to law enforcement, the family went missing just as DCF prepared to remove the children from Encarnacion’s care on February 27.

Encarnacion’s sister reported her missing days later on March 3, citing a lack of contact since February 26. DCF officially reported the five children missing on March 5, triggering a state and federal search.

Court documents indicate that DCF had opened a case against the couple in February after a pediatrician flagged signs of neglect involving the youngest child, a 9-month-old.

DCF intervened shortly thereafter, but by then, the family had reportedly left Massachusetts.

According to unconfirmed reports, they told their pediatrician they were skipping vaccines for their baby.

The parents, who homeschool their children, stated to their pediatrician that they were opposed to their new baby receiving the shots based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. Despite citing religious exemptions which are law in Massachusetts, the father, Isael Rivera is being held in Worcester County Jail on a $200,000 bond or 20K cash bail, while the couple’s five children have reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS).

“This is a blatant violation of fundamental rights on multiple levels,” says Ron Bouchard, Constitutional Law Strategist. “By what authority has this family been apprehended and for what? Was there a warrant? What is familial kidnapping? A family has the right to travel with their children. How and why have they been reported missing, and by whom? What laws have they broken and what imminent danger exists to justify the drastic action of DCF and the Fitchburg Police Department traumatizing this family by tearing it apart?”

The ordeal began when the family’s pediatrician, a mandatory reporter, threatened to report them to DCF after the parents declined vaccinations for their infant during a wellness check.

“The doctor said if we didn’t vaccinate, he’d have to report us,” the father, “Izzy” Rivera, allegedly told an advocate who provided safe harbor for the family in Texas. “Despite assurances that their baby was well-fed, cared for, and thriving, DCF soon left a notice on their door demanding a home visit. Fearing for their family, the parents refused, citing their rights.”

What followed was a dramatic escalation. Fitchburg police, at the direction of Leominster DCF allegedly surrounded their apartment, banging on doors and circling the property for up to 30 minutes. “Ruth Encarnacion hid in the closet with her five children,” said the good samaritan who assisted the family over their 3 week exile. According to her account of what the family told her, with police and DCF returning in greater numbers the next day, Rivera was also forced to hide, while his wife and children fled from Fitchburg.

The children—ages 10, 9, 5, 4, and 9 months—were eventually found unharmed in Whitney, Texas, and are now in the custody of Texas Child Protective Services pending further investigation.

Attorney Kevin Carl Larson countered that Encarnacion had “acted in the best interest of her children” and was “protecting her children.”

Although she had earlier fled to Texas, Larson said Encarnacion is not a flight risk and said she is not going anywhere without her children.

Larson said authorities lack probable cause to charge his client. He said Encarnacion was not present for the care and protection hearing and that she was not aware of any court order.

A federal judge on Monday blocked President Trump’s mass cancelation of the Biden-era parole program that ushered in hundreds of thousands of migrants.

US District Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee in Boston, said Trump’s decision to cancel the parole program was premised on legal error.

Last week Judge Talwani blocked the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status of hundreds of thousands of migrants flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Judge Talwani said the DHS did not interpret the law properly and asserted the migrants have a right to be in the US.

The DOJ argued that the parole programs were discretionary and it is up to the government to decide when it can cut the program.

Last month it was reported that President Trump was set to strip the status of 532,000 migrants living in the United States who were flown in on Joe Biden’s parole program.

Recall that Joe Biden brought in more than a half a million migrants Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela on his CHNV program.

CBP data found that over 1 million illegal aliens have been allowed into the US through what the Biden Regime defined as “legal” means.” The Biden-Kamala admin used the CBP One App and the CHNV program to allow illegals entry into the US.

These numbers are not included in the millions of illegals that have entered the US under Joe Biden’s watch.

It was previously reported that 81% of the Haitian migrants from Biden’s parole program – 362,000 out of 448,000 – were flown into red states.

Earlier this year it was reported that one of the Haitians who entered the US on Biden’s parole program was charged with triple murder, including two children.

President Trump revoked the migrants’ legal status and told them if they don’t self deport they will be arrested.

And just like Hillary, Biden was never indicted for his use of burner phones and private emails while he was US Vice President.

Special Counsel Robert Hur ignored Joe Biden’s use of private emails.

The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.

According to newly unredacted documents, in 2014, while Joe Biden was publicly calling for sanctions against Russia, he was privately negotiating an oil and gas deal to help his son Hunter.

While Joe Biden publicly led the charge to punish Russia for its first invasion of Ukraine, he used his role as vice president to quietly open a backdoor for Moscow’s gas to flow to its neighbor in fall 2014, at a time when his son Hunter’s Ukrainian energy company sought such help, according to government messages in a private email account kept from Americans for more than a decade.

The emails, sent to Joe Biden’s private account that used the fake name RobinWare456@gmail.com, were recently turned over by the National Archives, mostly redacted, to Just the News under an open records lawsuit and in unredacted form to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that continues to investigate corruption concerns surrounding the former first family.

They confirm that Joe Biden played a secret role at a “critical moment” to help secure Russia’s willingness to re-open natural gas spigots to Ukraine, a deal that publicly Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel, received credit for brokering.

The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden’s chief diplomat during the 46th presidency.
