United States Attorney General Merrick Garland on Tuesday fielded concerns after revealing a claim versus Google.

Garland declined to state if an unique counsel would be selected to examine Mike Pence’s handling of categorized files.

On Tuesday it was reported that a “little number of files bearing categorized markings” were found at previous Vice President Mike Pence’s Carmel, Indiana house.

Merrick Garland would not state.
