El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales on Monday dismissed riot charges versus 140 prohibited aliens who took part in a ‘border riot’ on April 12 and launched them from state custody.
The illegals cut through the concertina wire and hurried over the border unlawfully on April 12.
Judge Morales stated he does not think possible cause exists to keep the illegals in custody for taking part in a riot.

The El Paso District Attorney can still prosecute the illegals on riot charges.
The alien migrants were independently struck with federal charges for unlawfully going into the United States.
El Paso Times reported:
A county court judge dismissed 140 cases versus migrants charged in an April 12 “riot” at the U.S.-Mexico border after identifying there was no likely cause for their arrests.
County Court at Law 7 Judge Ruben Morales dismissed the 140 cases throughout a hearing Monday, April 22, after ruling Texas Department of Public Safety state cannon fodders stopped working to supply likely cause for the mass arrest.
” After examining the affidavit, I do not think that (likely cause) exists,” Morales stated throughout the hearing. “I do not think there is likely cause for these people to continue to be apprehended for the offense of riot involvement.”
The migrants will now be launched from state custody. All 140 migrants are still dealing with federal charges of unlawful entry into the U.S. and will be turned over to federal custody.
This is the 2nd time an El Paso judge has actually taken the side of prohibited aliens.

According to the New York Post, the National Guard workers reported the seizure of knives and makeshift weapons from people associated with the disruption. Furthermore, there was a circumstances where an unlawful alien tried to take a gun from a soldier.
Several soldiers stationed near Gate 36 on that day needed medical attention for small injuries and were required to a regional medical facility for treatment.
