SEVEN YEARS after the launch of the Deep State Russiagate scandal, far-left journalism “guard dog”, The Columbia Journalism Review, provided a scathing indictment of The New York Times, Washington Post, and all of the leftist mainstream outlets for their totally unethical protection of the Trump-Russiagate scandal.

The traditional media led the attack day after day dispersing lies about Trump, his household, his partners, and his organization being in some way linked to and managed by Putin and Russia.

President Trump needed to handle this throughout his project, prior to his inauguration, and throughout his very first term– and it was all a Deep State and Democrat Party-generated lie pressed by the leftwing media.

Of course, Democrats consumed all of it up. And The New York Times and Washington Post even won a Pulitzer Prize for marketing their revolting lies versus President Trump.

This week the far-left Columbia Journalism Review released a scathing indictment of the mainstream media and their Russiagate lies.

After all, Trump is now out of workplace and they have no requirement to continue to press this lie versus him. They are working on brand-new lies today consisting of the “classified files” lie and the “election disturbance” lie.

The liberal media guard dog the Columbia Journalism Review (CJR) released an extensive retrospective of the media’s Russiagate protection that analyzed a number of wire service and their different functions throughout the Trump-Russia legend, leveling one of the most criticism towards The New York Times.

” No story did more to form Trump’s relations with journalism than Russiagate. The story, that included the Steele file and the Mueller report to name a few totemic minutes, led to Pulitzer Prizes in addition to humiliating retractions and harmed professions,” CJR managing editor Kyle Pope composed in an editor’s note.

Pope discussed that the CJR invested the past 18 months “analyzing the American media’s protection of Trump and Russia in granular information” to identify what it suggests as Americans inch closer to the 2024 election.

The findings were released in a prolonged, four-part series. The very first area starts with a story about then-New York Times managing editor Dean Baquet’s response when he learnt Special Counsel Robert Mueller didn’t strategy to pursue Trump’s ousting, informing his personnel “Holy s–, Bob Mueller is not going to do it.”

” Baquet, speaking with his associates in a city center conference not long after the testament concluded, acknowledged the Times had actually been captured ‘a little bit flat-footed’ by the result of Mueller’s examination,” composed Jeff Gerth, the investigative press reporter who authored the prolonged CJR retrospective.

” That would show to be more than an understatement,” Gerth continued. “But neither Baquet nor his follower, nor any of the paper’s press reporters, would use anything like a postmortem of the paper’s Trump-Russia legend, unlike the evaluation the Times did of its protection prior to the Iraq War.”

Michael Shellenberger published a thread on Twitter on this CJR report.
