Joe Biden on Wednesday delivered remarks at the White House Conference on Women’s Health Research.
Biden told the attendees that doctors opened up the top of his head twice and couldn’t find a brain.
Joe Biden had multiple brain surgeries in the 1980s after suffering two brain aneurysms.
“I have been a beneficiary of a lot of the research that’s been done. I had two cranial aneurysms; I had two nine-hour operations — they took the top of my head off twice and couldn’t find a brain the first time.”

This isn’t the first time Joe Biden has told this bizarre story.
Last year Joe Biden told a crowd of firefighters that when he had terrible headaches doctors ‘had to take the top of his head off a couple of times to see if he had a brain.’

Jill Biden also delivered remarks at the White House event on Wednesday.
Dr. Jill took a swipe at Kamala Harris’s failed campaign strategy on ‘bringing the joy back.’
“I think we all need like this, you know, we all need to feel joy now,” Jill Biden said.
“You’re all reading into that!” Jill Biden said after the crowd laughed.
