The New York Post reported:
A Fox News meteorologist was mauled by a group of teenagers when he attempted to stop them from pestering another straphanger on a Manhattan train early Sunday, polices and the prognosticator stated.
Weatherman Adam Klotz, 37, stated the vicious attack in an Instagram video, appearing bruised and damaged as he explained how he was getting back on a train after enjoying the New York Giants NFL championship game at a bar when he saw “this older gentleman was being hassled by this group of 7 or 8 teenagers.
” I resembled, ‘Yo, men, cut that out.’ And they chose, ‘Alright, if he’s not going to get it, you’re going to get it.’ And kid did they offer it to me,” Klotz stated. “They had me on the ground. My ribs are all bruised up, too. They got their hits in.”
Police sources stated the meteorologist was on a No. 1 train around 1: 15 a.m. when he faced the teenagers, who might have been smoking weed at the time, too.
