Tucker Carlson’s attorney informed Axios if Fox News takes legal action versus him it would be an offense of his First Amendment rights.

Fox News Wednesday alerted Tucker Carlson’s legal representatives that the previous prime-time anchor broke his agreement with the network when he released his own Twitter program on Tuesday, according to a copy of a letter gotten by Axios.
