Joe Biden was up previous his bedtime and Jill Biden appeared like a tawdry lounge vocalist throughout their uninspiring New Year’s Eve message.
Biden’s brain malfunctioned throughout the interview. He spoke overall rubbish as he babbled about the United States economy.
