The Justice Department on Friday filed a formal complaint against a federal judge assigned to Trump’s executive order on transgender troops for engaging in “egregious misconduct” toward its counsel.

On Tuesday, Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee, signaled she would side with a group of transgender soldiers who sued to block President Trump’s executive order on transgender troops.

Judge Reyes grilled DOJ lawyers on Tuesday and said that Trump’s executive order asserting there are only two genders is “not biologically correct.”

“With the DOD policy expected to be finalized over the coming week, Reyes said she would hold off on issuing an order but had largely made up her mind about the legality of the order, at one point remarking that “smarter people on the D.C. Circuit would have to tell me I’m wrong” about the policy. She added that the central premise of the executive order — that only two genders exist — is “not biologically correct.”” – ABC News reported.

Last month, President Trump signed the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” executive order and the “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” executive orders, which direct every element of the U.S. military to “operate free from any preference based on race or sex” and root out gender insanity and made up pronoun usage, respectively.

Judge Reyes also grilled lawyers on the use of pronouns and gender ideology.

“If you were in a foxhole, you wouldn’t care about these individuals’ gender ideology, right?” the judge asked DOJ lawyers.

The judge’s misconduct and abuse were much worse than previously known.

The Justice Department detailed Judge Reyes’ shocking statements toward its attorneys in Tuesday’s hearing.

“During these hearings, Judge Reyes engaged in hostile and egregious misconduct that violates Canons 2A and 3A(3) of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which requires judges to “act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary” and “be patient, dignified, respectful, and courteous to litigants,” the DOJ wrote in a complaint against Judge Reyes.

The DOJ detailed two incidents of abuse of its attorneys.

The Justice Department said during her lecture on the “30 different intersex examples,” Judge Reyes grilled one of its lawyers about his religious beliefs and then used him unwillingly as a “physical prop in her courtroom theatrics,” the DOJ wrote.

Judge Reyes launched an attack on the attorney’s Christian beliefs and went on psychotic rant about transgender individuals.

“Judge Reyes describes receiving an email suggesting that she develop a relationship with Jesus. She then uses this aside as an excuse to randomly pivot to questioning the DOJ attorney about his religious views: “What do you think Jesus would say to telling a group of people that they that they are so worthless, so worthless that we’re not going to allow them into homeless shelters? Do you think Jesus would be, ‘Sounds right to me’? Or do you think Jesus would say, ‘WTF? Of course, let them in?’”

The DOJ argued that Judge Reyes’ line of questioning had nothing to do with Trump’s executive order and attempted to get the attorney into a trap of answering an absurd hypothetical.

The lawyer did not fall for the trap and simply replied, “The United States is not going to speculate about what Jesus would have to say about anything.”

The Justice Department also admonished the judge for the use of the inappropriate abbreviation “WTF” – “what the f*ck” – during the questioning of a DOJ lawyer on his religious beliefs.

Additionally, the judge, in an attempt to embarrass the DOJ lawyer, physically directed him as “part of a rhetorical exercise” in front of other attorneys.

Judge Reyes instructed the DOJ counsel: “I made a change to my standing order when I was in the back. My new standing order says that no one who has graduated from UVA Law School can appear before me. So, I need you to sit down, please. I need you to sit down.”

The judge continued to trash UVA Law School grads and said they should be banned from her courtroom because “they’re all liars and lack integrity.”

The DOJ asked that “appropriate action be taken to address” the violations and requested an investigation.
