The Santa Monica Police Department left Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier Monday afternoon after a male declaring to have a bomb scaled the renowned Ferris wheel.
The occurrence started around 3 p.m., when witnesses heard the guy apparently make remarks about remaining in belongings of a bomb.
At some point, the guy scaled the popular Ferris wheel and declined to come down.
