Micah Truman, CEO of Return Home in Washington, stated human composting is an environment-friendly alternative.
” One cremation takes about 30 gallons of fuel to finish and blows 530 pounds of CO2 into the environment,” Truman stated.
He stated human remains are positioned in a vessel where the body is changed into soil in 60 days.
” When it’s done we have soil that we return to the household. The household can put it anywhere they desire. The guidelines correspond that of cremated remains,” Truman stated.
