The New York Times on Friday reported that soon after the legendary uprising, nevertheless, CIA Director Burns called Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin.

With billions of U.S. dollars being washed into corrupt pockets through unlimited dispute, would anybody who benefits actually wish to slow things down?

After all, the United States of America didn’t invest twenty years in Afghanistan for absolutely nothing.
