CBS press reporter Catherine Herridge is dealing with contempt charges for declining to reveal the identity of her private source.
In August, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Christopher Cooper, purchased Herridge to take a seat for a sworn deposition concerning a personal source she utilized for a 2017 story she covered on a Department of Defense-funded school that was at the center of federal examinations over Chinese military ties while she was at Fox News.
