According to KTTV, the city board of Huntington Beach, California, voted 4-3 early Wednesday early morning to prohibit COVID-19 requireds in the city. The restriction uses to both mask and vaccine requireds.

Thus, every prospective act of federal government should discover permission from the sovereign individuals in a composed constitution.
