The House vote was 206 to 202 with 22 agents 11 Democrats and 11 Republicans avoiding the vote.

The language of H.R.7109 is as follows: To need a citizenship concern on the decennial census, to need reporting on particular census data, and to customize apportionment of Representatives to be based upon United States residents rather of all people.

Democrats in the Senate will not bring this to a vote therefore providing illegals representation in Congress.
