A federal judge on Wednesday ruled a military plane deporting illegal aliens from Asia to Libya violates his court order.

It was reported late Tuesday evening that the Trump Administration would be deporting illegal aliens from Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines to Libya.

Anti-American illegal alien advocacy groups scrambled and asked Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointed judge in Maryland to halt the plane.

It is unclear when exactly the military plane was planning on taking off but attorneys representing the illegal aliens said the flight was imminent according to flight trackers.

Judge Murphy previously blocked the Trump Administration from sending illegal aliens to war-torn Libya.

On Wednesday Judge Murphy said sending the military plane full of illegals would violate his court order.

Reuters reported:

A U.S. judge said on Wednesday that any effort by the Trump administration to deport migrants to Libya would “clearly” violate a prior court order barring officials from swiftly deporting migrants to countries other than their own without first weighing whether they might face persecution if sent there.

The order from U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy came after Reuters was first to report on Tuesday that President Donald Trump’s administration may deport migrants to Libya for the first time this week, according to three U.S. officials, despite Washington’s previous condemnation of Libya’s harsh treatment of detainees.
