Joe Biden on Monday provided remarks to commemorate the Americans with Disabilities Act from the South Lawn of the White House.
The ADA was passed more than 3 years ago to secure the rights of those with specials needs.
Hollywood starlet Selma Blair who struggles with numerous sclerosis (MS) signed up with Biden on the South Lawn on Monday.
