Joe Biden on Wednesday took a trip to Cleveland Ohio to provide remarks on his American Rescue Plan at Max Hayes High School.
Biden assaulted Trump, blamed Vladimir Putin for high gas costs and skyrocketing food expenses– while at the same time declaring the Republicans are obstructing his efforts to lower costs.
