Accused killer Vanroy Evan Smith
Orange County, California– Vanroy Evan Smith, 39, the male implicated of striking a cycling physician with his Lexus and after that fatally stabbing the victim was charged with murder on Friday.
A bicyclist was struck by a chauffeur then fatally stabbed on Pacific Coast Highway and Crown Valley Parkway in Dana Point on Wednesday afternoon in what is thought to be a racially determined attack.
Ring video caught by a close-by house programs Smith smashing his white Lexus into the cycling physician and sending him flying into the air.
Smith then rapidly left his car and consistently stabbed the victim.
The victim, recognized as 58- year-old Michael John Mammone, a Laguna Beach ER physician, passed away at the health center.

According to ABC 7, a next-door neighbor who saw the attack heard the suspect saying racial slurs about “white benefit.”
