A 34- year-old guy passed away after being pushed onto train tracks at a station in New York City’s Upper West Side early Friday early morning.

The unknown victim split his head open and later passed away from his injuries at St. Luke’s Hospital.

According to the New York Post, the 28- year-old guy apprehended was recognized as Andre Boyce.

Boyce was just recently launched from jail after serving 7 years for tried burglary and was under post-release guidance till May 2026, The Post reported.

The straphanger broke his head at the 96 th Street Station after getting pushed throughout an argument right before 2 a.m., polices stated.

EMS hurried the male, whose name was not launched pending household notice, to St. Luke’s Hospital, where he later on passed away of his injuries.

Cops took a 28- year-old guy, determined as Andre Boyce, into custody, cops sources stated.

Charges were pending versus Boyce, who has a history of psychological health calls with the department, sources stated.
