The DeSantis Administration alerted the place of Wednesday night’s drag program that their license would be pulled if kids remained in participation.
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation revealed on Tuesday they are examining the “Drag Queen Christmas” all-ages drag program which happened on Monday.
” Exposing kids to raunchy activity is a criminal offense in Florida, and such action breaks the Department’s licensing requirements for running a service and holding an alcohol license,” the department stated.
Officials will be checking out video and images of the ‘any ages Christmas drag queen’ program in Fort Lauderdale and other locations.
