Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin provided an Executive Order Tuesday ending the collection and enforcement of fines and costs put on people and services that broke COVID-19 shutdown offenses, directing enforcement companies, boards and commissions to report all fines, charges and suspensions.
While stopping all more collections, Youngkin likewise prepares to deal with the secretary of financing to deal with companies to establish a compensation procedure for people and services who paid “unjustified COVID-19 fines and costs.”
