Joe Biden Thursday early morning welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron and his other half Brigitte Macron for the main arrival event.
Biden invited Macron and provided remarks from the South Lawn.
80- year-old Joe had a hard time to read his notes as he applauded France as the United States’s earliest ally.
Biden called the innovative war French General Marquis de Lafayette “Marcus de Lafayette.”
