A suspect was apprehended Saturday in connection to the 6 unprovoked murders of males ages 21 to 54 over the last couple of months, the Stockton Police Department stated.

The Stockton Police Department revealed that Wesley Brownlee, 43, was scheduled on a murder charge Saturday. Authorities stated that monitoring groups followed Brownlee while he was driving, and dropped in location of Village Green Drive and Winslow Avenue around 2 a.m. Saturday early morning.

” Our monitoring group followed this individual while he was driving. We viewed his patterns and figured out early today; he was on an objective to eliminate. He was out searching,” Chief Stanley McFadden stated at a press conference Saturday.
