Eastern Michigan University associate provost Michael Tew was apprehended today while out for a drive.
Tew was buck-naked and masturbating when authorities pulled him over.

A Dearborn guy who is an associate provost at Eastern Michigan University was jailed Wednesday after authorities stated he drove through the city “with no clothes while touching himself.”
Michael Tew, 62, was charged with one misdemeanor count of worsened public indecency and one felony count of public indecency with sexually overdue individual notification. He was put in prison and provided a $20,000 bond.
Tew is noted as an Eastern Michigan University associate provost and associate vice president for scholastic programs and services. He was suspended forever by the university, according to Walter Kraft, Vice President for Communications for the university.
