Your modest author, as assured, is included in lawsuits to extract records from the federal government. It’s simple to discuss existing occasions. The harder part is taking legal action against federal firms for paperwork of their misdeed.

This includes starting FOIA demands, which are hardly ever addressed rapidly or entirely. Out of our 75+ FOIA demands from this previous year, just one was addressed rapidly and completely. A little wonder.

That was where we got CDC emails revealing how they altered the meaning of “vaccine” since of the effectiveness issues with the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines. It’s a must-read if you have not seen it currently(even if it got us incorrectly flagged on the Carnegie Mellon University COVID-19 “false information” watchlist).

Then there are the records we need to defend.

One advancement we can reveal is our effort to acquire the FBI’s records on Jeffrey Epstein. We made a basic demand: turn over all FBI interviews with Epstein. We understand those records are out there, as we were the very first to report that Epstein had actually been a source for the FBI. (It was later on validated that Epstein worked together on a Bear Stearns examination.)

But we’re not persuaded that was the only time Epstein spoke to the FBI. There were other tips and reports that he dealt with the United States federal government to recuperate taken funds. Therefore the FOIA demand.

How did the FBI react? Not by rejecting the presence of any records.

Instead, the FBI is concealing behind FOIA’s police exemption, specifying that the production of the Epstein records would disrupt continuous police examinations:

” The records responsive to your demand are police records; there is a pending or potential police continuing appropriate to these responsive records, and release of the details might fairly be anticipated to hinder enforcement procedures.”

We’re extremely skeptical that the release of the Epstein records would “disrupt enforcement procedures.” Ghislaine Maxwell has actually been founded guilty and Epstein is dead. The only possible tie may be from a grand jury examination into “other possible co-conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein.” That was from the summer season of 2020 and we appropriately presume no charges were brought versus whoever was being examined.
