DESPERATE: Crooked NY Attorney General Letitia James Announces ANOTHER Lawsuit Against President Trump As Her Own Legal Troubles Pile Up

America’s most corrupt attorney general is getting quite desperate as she fights off credible allegations of mortgage fraud.

As the New York Post reported, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced during a National Action Network rally in Harlem on Saturday that she and other Democratic attorneys general will sue the Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services over so-called healthcare funding cuts.

“The White House is threatening our way of life in so many ways, and I just want you to know that in the coming days we will be filing a lawsuit against them (HHS),” James told the attendees at a National Action Network rally in Harlem.

“All of these funds and more!” James yelled. “We got to stand up, and that’s why Democratic attorneys general will be joining me in filing this lawsuit in the coming days.”

She refused to provide any additional details regarding the lawsuit.

This is far from James’s first frivolous lawsuit against the Trump administration. Back in March, James and a coalition of twenty other Democrat state attorneys general (and the District of Columbia AG) filed suit against the Trump administration to stop the reduction-in-force (RIF) layoffs of just under half the department’s over 4,000 workers that Secretary Linda McMahon announced.

As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor noted, the forum-shopping Democrat AGs chose to file the suit in federal court in blue-state Massachusetts against McMahon, President Trump, and the Department of Education in their official capacities.

She also sued Trump back in January for freezing federal grants and loans, claiming it violated the Constitution and endangered vulnerable individuals. What an ironic stance to take, considering she did everything possible to throw Trump in prison without ANY due process.

This latest lawsuit by James also comes as the Trump Administration has criminally referred James to the Justice Department over accusations of mortgage fraud.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) accused James of falsifying records, citing a 5-unit property in New York she claimed was only four units to get a more favorable loan. TGP in March reported on this 5-unit property in Brooklyn that Letitia James purchased in 2001.

In addition, TGP revealed that James declared a two-story house at 604 Sterling Street in Norfolk, Virginia, her primary residence despite serving as New York’s Attorney General.

New evidence has also emerged that James has committed insurance fraud. The Trump administration has not yet opened an investigation into this, but do not be surprised if one happens soon.
