John Rourke’s “Make America Clean Again” Initiative Unites Patriots to Support Border Patrol, National Guard, and Law Enforcement in Hidalgo County, Texas
Hidalgo County, Texas – American patriots from across the country gathered in Hidalgo County, Texas, to stand with the brave men and women protecting our borders as part of John Rourke’s “Make America Clean Again” initiative. More than 50 volunteers traveled from all over the United States to participate in the mission—serving meals, providing essential services, donating life-saving supplies, and restoring dignity to the front lines of America’s border crisis.
Partnering with rancher and renowned chef Austin Simmons, the initiative provided over 600 Border Patrol agents, National Guard soldiers, and local and state law enforcement officers with premium Texas Wagyu beef meals as a token of gratitude for their unwavering service.

But it didn’t stop there. True to the initiative’s mission of service, support, and restoration, the team went above and beyond:
Over 100 professional haircuts were provided by Joe “Da Barber” Alfano and Tony Noda to ensure first responders looked and felt their best.
More than 100 chiropractic adjustments were given by Dr. Cordie Williams, helping law enforcement and military personnel recover from the physical demands of their duty.
Evangelist Glenn Parada donated over 300 Bibles to offer spiritual strength and encouragement to Border Patrol, National Guard soldiers, and law enforcement officers.
Geaux Bags delivered 50 essential supply bags for children, filled with toothpaste, toothbrushes, clothing, and other necessities for young and older children in need.
300 doses of Narcan were donated to Border Patrol, National Guard, and local law enforcement agencies, giving them critical tools to fight the fentanyl crisis plaguing our nation.
And, in keeping with Make America Clean Again’s core mission, volunteers removed thousands of pounds of trash along the southern border—proving that when American patriots come together, we can restore pride and strength to our country.
“We’re here not just to clean up America but to support the brave men and women protecting our borders and communities,” said John Rourke.
“This isn’t just about picking up trash—it’s about restoring the soul of our nation, standing with those on the front lines, and showing the world that American patriots will always answer the call.”

The We Fund the Blue Foundation continues to be a driving force in backing the blue, defending the border, and making a real impact in communities across America. Through cleanup efforts, direct donations, and unwavering support for law enforcement, the movement is only growing stronger.
