State Legislatures have lots of political hacks. We do not trust them. At times we rely on courts– state or federal– even less.
Take, for example, the 2020 governmental election.
In the lead-up to the 2020 primaries and basic election, Democrat state authorities in every battlefield state and lots of others, carried out prohibited unilateral choices that significantly made it possible for prohibited ballot contrary to recognized law.
