Sorry, Democrats. You’re stuck to Joe Biden.
This weekend on the Bill Maher program, Bill asked previous Obama consultant David Axelrod about the concept of changing Joe Biden on the Democrat ticket with another person.
Axelrod put cold water all over the concept, stating that it’s a ‘dream’ which Biden is not going anywhere.

Maher mentioned among Axelrod’s own previous remarks recommending he believed there was lots of “skill” within the Democratic Party who might “emerge” as the brand-new standard-bearer.
” The dispute is June 27, and we’ve never ever had one before the convention,” Maher stated. “If Joe actually s– s the bed, would that be a great chance to make the switch then?”
” Listen, that is a dream that I hear a lot,” Axelrod reacted. “I like Joe Biden and I dealt with him and I was grateful to deal with him and I believe he’s done a great deal of extremely, extremely great things as president for which history will be kind him. That’s not the concern. The concern is whether at this age you need to have run, however he did run. And today he is the candidate of the Democratic Party.”
” This is not 1968 where the convention is gon na choose. We altered the guidelines. Citizens choose a prospect. They’ve chosen Joe Biden, and he’s not going anywhere,” Axelrod informed Maher. “There’s no generation of senior citizens who are gon na go to the White House and inform him that he can’t run. He is going to run and among the factors they desire an early argument I’m sure is to focus individuals on this is the option! It’s Trump and Biden.”
