A judge selected by previous President Donald Trump will supervise the prominent claim submitted by Musk versus the far-left company Media Matters.
As The Gateway Pundit formerly reported, Elon Musk’s X Corp., previously called Twitter, has submitted a libel claim versus Media Matters on Monday, implicating the “extreme anti-free speech company” of releasing a report that incorrectly declared that X was enabling advertisements to run beside pro-Nazi material.
The claim, submitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Fort Worth Division, declares that Media Matters’ report was “harmful” and “planned to drive marketers far from X.” The suit likewise declares that Media Matters’ report was “based upon incorrect details” which the company “intentionally and recklessly released the incorrect report in order to damage X’s credibility and service.”
The Attorneys General from Missouri and Texas, Andrew Bailey and Ken Paxton revealed that they will examine Media Matters for prospective deceitful activity.
Elon Musk’s prominent libel claim versus Media Matters landed in the hands of District Judge Mark Pittman, a Donald Trump appointee with a history of judgments beneficial to conservative causes.
