Gorsuch law clerk Mike Davis called Chutkan’s gag order “disgraceful” and stated the DC Court was “leave” the order.
” The DC Circuit should leave Biden unique counsel Jack Smith’s and DC Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan’s egregiously unconstitutional gag order on a criminal accused,” Mike Davis stated.
” A criminal accused– more than anybody– need to can slam the district attorney, judge, and procedure,” he stated.
