Fake news WaPo protected a transgender pervert who signed up with the Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Wyoming so he might peep on naked college women.
In September 2022, the Wyoming-based chapter of Kappa Gamma voted to permit a 6′ 2 biological male who utilizes the name “Artemis Langford” to sign up with the sorority.
Six of the sorority siblings submitted a claim declaring the transgender pervert was seeing them undress.
The complainants asked the court to require the sorority to specify the word “lady” so they might choose who might move into a sorority home.
U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson, a Reagan appointee, dismissed the case in August, ruling that the sorority had a right to choose the meaning of “female” for itself and did not breach the real estate agreement by enabling Artemis Langford to relocate.
The judge composed, “This Judge might not get into Kappa Gamma’s flexibility of meaningful association and inject the (meaning of lady) Plaintiffs advise.”
This took place regardless of Kappa Gamma laws that specify “a brand-new member will be a female.”
The sorority was eventually required to confess ‘Artemis Langford’ back in although he is a sexual deviant and a Peeping Tom who typically views the college women undress while erect, according to statement.
The Washington Post painted Langford as a victim and assaulted the sorority siblings.
