Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is now threatening offenders in Trump’s RICO case since she is not gotten ready for trial.
Earlier this month Fani Willis struck President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for bold to challenge the 2020 election.
A Fulton County grand jury returned a41- count indictment that included RICO and conspiracy charges versus Trump.
There are 30 unknown unindicted co-conspirators.
Trump’s arraigned legal representatives Ken Chesebro and Sidney Powell asked for rapid trials and officially asked a judge to separate their cases.

Sidney Powell
Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro invoked their right to a fast trial which suggests it would start by the end of October or early November, per the law.
These demands would suggest the co-defendants would need to sever their cases from other offenders.
However, President Trump wishes to postpone his trial and likewise requested his case be severed from the other offenders.
BREAKING: Pres. Trump has actually submitted to sever his case from the other offenders in Georgia looking for a quick trial.

Citing 4 cases, Fani Willis threatened all of the offenders after Chesebro and Powell asked for fast trials.
” By submitting a statutory rapid trial need, the Defendants chosen to continue to trial without the advantage o f the kind of previous notification of the State’s discovery and comparable deal proof that would have otherwise been paid for to them,” Fani Willis stated, according to The Messenger

However, according to lawyer Techno Fog, the cases Fani Willis mentioned have absolutely nothing to do with Trump’s RICO case:
DA Willis: They can’t argue they are entitled to see of comparable deal proof 10 days prior to trial.
But– the law needs 10 days.
And the case she mentions does not restrict any arguments in case that 10 day requirement is breached
” False representation to the Court makes DA Willis guilty of the very same conduct she implicates the accuseds.” Techno Fog stated.
” It’s an infraction of Ga. Code Ann. §16-10-201 (incorrect declaration to Court)” he stated.
I ask everybody to check out those cases. None hold what DA Willis states they do.

Fani Willis lied due to the fact that she merely is not gotten ready for trial!
Lmfao! This isn’t real! It’s not how the law works.
But this actually is a mask off minute.
